If someone had told me that I could look in the mirror and say "I love you" to myself, be confident with all my flaws, be compassionate with myself when I don't get things right, quieten my inner critic and judge when they get too loud, and be OK with feeling all my emotions was really something I believed was far out of my reach.


Having the determination to not give up on me and decide to get to know myself better, changed my way of thinking, helped me love myself again, improved my relationships, my resilience and confidently speak my truth and live a life in alignment to what matters most to me.


Since being on my new path, I see smart, sensitive, women like you all around me, stuck in their heads, avoiding uncomfortable feelings, putting their needs last and SUFFERING along the way.

I became committed to showing women how to:

Have healthy boundaries

Know their self-worth

Quit being hard on themself

Connect mind and body

End their perfectionism

Make self-care a priority

Heal past pain

Feel good about themselves

Find their purpose

How it all started ......

At 35 years old, I had two failed marriages behind me, was living abroad, raising two boys, feeling stuck, hopeless, lonely and an all-round failure.

I did my best to show up and be happy in the presence of others but struggled with the negative mental chatter, overthinking things, not being good enough, avoiding uncomfortable emotions and generally being dissatisfied with myself.     I had lost my "mojo"!


I wanted it back.....I committed myself to go and find it again.


When I realized my mind was the contributing factor to my own unhappiness, I knew I needed to stop searching outside myself to get my mojo back. Instead turn my attention to the way I was thinking, to my thoughts, how they were making me feel and begin uncovering the layers I had built around me, to understand who I was below the surface. It was time to get real and become more self-aware.

How did I do it?

I became extremely fascinated with the neuroscience and how to rewire of the brain, I researched on:

  • Laws of the mind

  • Self-awareness

  • Emotional agility

  • Happiness

  • Self-worth

  • Self-care

  • Confidence

  • NLP (neuro-linguistic programming)


Exploring the different concepts, ideas, and methodologies, I began to notice a shift in my way of thinking and how I felt about myself. I was eager to share my discoveries with friends and colleagues to help them with their struggles and to my delight was having a significant impact on them.

When I lost my job unexpectedly, it knocked me down but not for long. Out of this moment of darkness, there came this amazing moment of clarity and a true connection with myself. A calling to help other women who are struggling like I was.

So without hesitation, I signed up to the iNLP center for their certified NLP Life coaching program. And I'm happy to say, it has been a truly amazing journey. I have learned so many new tools, been coached by some super coaches, coached many women and been privileged to help them RECONNECT to their mind and body, find their voice and be with themselves in a more loving and compassionate way.


WITH THE LEARNINGS I HAVE GAINED IN COMBINATION WITH THE AMAZING COACHING TOOLS I HAVE MASTERED, I OPENED A MINDSET OF LOVE COMPASSION AND POSSIBILITIES.


I became a coach that COMPASSIONATELY helps women upgrade their way of thinking, find their voice, connect to their inner knowing and love all who they are.

  • I easily cry watching sad, happy, romantic, any sort of movie actually

  • I love laughing and having fun with family and friends

  • I've been a flight attendant and flown on a flight that was targeted for a terrorist attack ( but obviously all was ok )

  • At 9 years old I was the fastest swimmer in my home town.

  • If I could wish for one thing, it would be that I could sing!
