It all started during the time I was going through the divorce. One day after putting the kids to bed, I went up to the loft (where I was sleeping whilst still living in the marital home) sat down on the bed and I thought to myself:
"Is this it? Is my life story just one repeating chapter? Or is there another way? Can I re-write the script and change my future?
It was in that moment, I realized I had to take ownership of my behaviour, and the way I thought. I needed to understand why I did the things I did and learn how to change my mind.
